Payment for orders

When you order through this website, you will be taken through a Paypal hosted checkout page. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can check out as a guest using your credit or debit card. The following card types are accepted:

• Visa / Delta / Electron
• MasterCard / Eurocard
• Maestro
• American Express.

Debit cards are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

Through Paypal, every transaction is encrypted and monitored to prevent fraud, email phishing and identity theft.

Full payment must be received before any work can start on your order.

Delivery

Unless ordering an item from one of the ‘Ready Made’ pages on this website, yours will be a custom order, made to measure from the details you have sent.

Every item ordered from this website is made by myself, therefore you will need to allow for my turnaround times which can vary depending on the time of the year (my busiest period being between August and March). Sudden changes in the British weather can also lead to large influxes of orders which can have an obvious effect to the dispatch time of orders placed just after. I do what I can to monitor this and keep within the dispatch times listed below.

As a rough guide, this is how much time I would ask you to allow for my products:

keep cool coats - usually dispatched within 1 week

hugga hound shirts - usually dispatched within 2 weeks

pullovers, pyjamas & housecoats - usually dispatched between 2 and 4 weeks

slikka, snuggla & deluxe snoggla coats - usually dispatched within 4 weeks, but can take up to 6-7 weeks during my busiest periods

If you need an order by a particular date, please email me and I will do my very best to accommodate your request if possible.

Delivery of all orders will be through Royal Mail.

Within the UK

orders will be sent using Royal Mail tracked 24 with signature.

Overseas orders

All overseas customers will need to contact me first with their order requirements so that I can calculate the postage cost to their country. Orders will always be sent using a tracked and signed for service when available.
